Banquet Servers are responsible for setting tables with linens, dishes, flatware, and glassware. Serve food and beverages to banquet guests. Break down banquet functions by clearing tables and transporting used items to back of house.
Banquet servers must be able to attend our 5 day training class (no charge for this class), purchase your uniforms (See the uniforms section of our web page), and have reliable transportation.

All bartenders must be TiPS certified (or equivalent) & have prior bar-tending experience and be able to pass a written test.
Bartenders are responsible for positive guest interactions while accurately mixing and serving a wide range of beverages. Common banquet drinks include, Cosmopolitan, Margaritas, Martinis, and Long Island Iced Tea, etc. Additionally, each bartender must have an extensive knowledge of ALL wines.
All Bartenders must be able to purchase your own uniforms (same uniforms as banquet servers, See the uniforms section of our web page) and have a car as most bar-tending positions require travel and are not on MARTA

All stewards / dish-washers – we prefer you to have a minimum of 1 (ONE) year recent (within the last 3 years) experience using a commercial machine.
Stewards operate the dish washing machines to properly clean all dishes, glassware, flatware and all cooking utensils. General kitchen cleaning duties include the cleaning and mopping of kitchen floors, walk-ins and freezers, as well as managing trash removal and restocking all supplies in the proper storage areas.
